Any additional machines are $10 a month extra per machine. We can assist with a host of issues from instruction, to troubleshooting, to full blown repairs. 1. Professional level antivirus and managed services- We have partnered with Solarwinds, MaxFocus, and Bit Defender to bring you BeAnywhere Insight. This tool allows us to connect to you and make sure all your systems are running well and drivers are up to date. We also schedule scans and send you reports of any problems detected and how they were resolved (Retail Cost $29 a year per computer)
2. Unlimited Scheduled Phone Support - If you need help with your computer and can connect with the internet just call us and we can login and help you with your needs. We can help with getting new programs to run correctly, installing new devices and printers, and more (Retail price $1.225 per minute)
3. Microsoft Office 2016 - Included in your membership is Microsoft Office for Windows or the Mac with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, and more. (Retail Price $120 a year for up to 5 computers.)
3. Drop offs and Scheduled Appointments in our lab are included (Retial price $75 per hour)
4. Scheduled House Calls reduced to 50%- Some problems cannot be resolved over the phone and remotely. When that happens, we have to come to your home or office to perform work. If you are a Managed Services Member your labor charge is 50% of the normal rate. You would pay $37.50 per hour while other non members pay $75 per hour.
